Text Studio – Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 4, 2026

1. Introduction

Text Studio ("we", "our", or "the app") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information. By using Text Studio, you agree to the terms described here.

2. Information We Collect

Text Studio does not require account creation and does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email, or phone number directly.

However, the app uses third-party services (Google AdMob) to display advertisements. These services may automatically collect:

None of the text you type or convert inside the app (Case Converter, Text Repeater, Word Counter, Text-to-Speech) is collected, stored on our servers, or shared with anyone. All text processing happens locally on your device.

3. Permissions Used

We do not access your camera, contacts, location, or messages.

4. Third-Party Services

Text Studio uses Google AdMob to serve ads. Google may use the Advertising ID and other data to show personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on your consent choice. You can review Google's own privacy practices here: policies.google.com/privacy

You can manage or withdraw your ad personalization consent at any time using the "Manage Ad Privacy Choices" button below.

5. Your Consent Choices (GDPR / UK)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, a consent form is shown when you first open the app, in compliance with GDPR and UK data protection law. You can change your choice anytime from this screen.

6. Children's Privacy

Text Studio is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect data that passes through our app. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data collected about you by our third-party ad partners. Since we do not directly store personal data, such requests should generally be directed to Google via the link in Section 4.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" for advertising purposes. Since Text Studio does not directly collect or sell personal data, such requests should be directed to Google, our advertising partner, using the link in Section 4.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
